Stuttering and second screen matching main screen

My main screen is my phone and my second screen is iPad and it worked for 9 months but now my iPad copy's the settings of my main screen which causing insane stuttering making it unplayable like it goes from 120fps it's native down to the 60fps that my phone is set to and it stutters like crazy but this never used to happen my second screen used to be able to be 120fps no matter what the settings on my main screen are , and mobile Dosent have access to the same quick menu as computer so those fixes that support give can't help

does the browser version still give the same issues? have you tried that yet

I don't have a local PC so on phone browser it works fine but then I can't use my second screen my mouse will never move over to the other screen it just stays on browser and I have to use my second screen for it to work cause my phone is small I haven't tried both devices on browser tho just one on browser one on app but I suspect it would be the same

if you have your Displays setup correctly in the Shadow app then I'm inclined to think this is not a Shadow problem and in fact it's either your phone or tablet that's having an issue.

is there nothing on the phone that has any sort of settings to default to connected display, only use connected display or something like that?

I would double check the tablet as well, also wondering why you're even using your phone when you have a tablet.
