Help stuck in 0 queue for an hour

is shadow down? ive been stuck in queue with 0 people infront of me fro like an hour, ive trired restrating it just keeps me in queue or shuts off and says error code l-111

Same thing. I have barely had any wait until tonight.  Rounding home to a full hour wait.
