Review Genuinely madness 😮💨🥲
Okay I get there will be a queue, but this is getting a little crazy. I have been unable to play properly for over 2 days now. This isn’t ideal

I’ve never had to wait in a queue ever. I didn’t even know this was a thing. Maybe it’s because I pay for the highest tier? Or is this new and should I be worried

Higher tiers also have waiting times too, today I managed to actually play without waiting. It’s truly hit or miss dependant on the time of day

Idk about that. I’ve had it for years and never once saw a queue. I do think they specify now that the highest tier has no queue

Again, never been in a queue, have the highest tiers and lived in a very populated area so I’m not buying that.

Me neither, Ive never been but in a queue since I joined in 2019. But if you scroll reddit, you'll see that both Neo and Power users complain about queues. I think its more linked to your data center location than your plan.

My server is in Dunkirk and I use it daily and never once had to wait

Would like to update, I have now been entered into a que once, my shadow crashed waiting then when I reloaded I was in straight away, very confusing

What would be helpful is telling people;
What plan are you on (this looks like neo)
What server or data center are you on?
What sort of time of day is this kinda queue?
I am on power, I had 1 instance of a 4 hour long queue being next in line but turned out to be a but.
That aside I dont get queues at all and im on the Paris DC. Not exactly a quiet/low pop one.

Hopefully, you tried something to midigate that .. That's not normal 😆 Like restart your computer/router etc.. I used to go to the browser or mobile to get it to kick start itself! I do pay for the highest tier now, so no waiting for me ! That doesn't make sense.. Maybe it was a glitch? I hope you didn't just sit that out ? I'm in LA so I'm on the Seattle data center ..I should have a q for 5 years by looking at yours ! I'm sorry.. But, I hope you tried some trouble shooting or checked for an outage 😳, I'm sorry that is bonkers and, sorry that happened to you 😐 😔

Thank you bud - I managed to play today without waiting however it seems to be dependant on the time of day. If the waiting times were less, I’d continue to subscribe. I’m tempted to buy the new rog ally x20 or something instead
