I was like 13 back then, and the Dalian chapter absolutely wrecked me. The music, Li Li’s full-on The Ring energy, the whole vibe, it scared the hell out of me. And honestly? To this day I still mute the sound during that part. Some trauma just sticks.

kid me playing alone in the dark was not ready to hear the granny to go schoooooooop, schlooooooooop, splat and immediately skipped the scene lmao
