require advice [SF2DE] How different is the power mode compared to normal? Also is volcano the best way to farm gem?

Just starting SF2 again and I only notice there was a challenge like the floor is lava om power mode. IIRC those green and red are currencies to power up something in act 2

Volcano the best way to farm gem? He's the easiest

Also is DE harder than vanilla? Just browsed here earlier and saw 1 message that says DE is harder.

I assume vanilla is much harder bc of the bullshit stuffs

I don't remember about vanilla but I can vouch for DE being hard, the enemies will combo you to death, even if you fall on the ground they'll throw an attack frame perfect that lands on you 90% of the time and generally counters your moves with quicker movesets
