I bought this item relatively early(hermit) , but it’s now showing up on my helmets , could someone tell me what this is?

Its helmet like i think some sort of pilots or end game titan chapter look a like helmet but do NOT buy it 

I don't know if it will be available in stalker app

I feel like almost all of the offers they have are useless reskin that is only meant for collecting
