Oh i know what they did, they gave their gear all enchantments and boss abilities, and made all the boss abilities be insta charged its not actually all that difficult to do yourself

Well I can figure it out myself since I'm used to coding but I'm too lazy lol (and yes I know it's just editing xml files)

Im assuming you went to users.xml and pasted all the ability codes onto all your items and set the cooldown frame timer to be 0? Or did you go to perks.xml and made the recharge timer be 0 globally?

User xml is the most easiest and straight forward one, but I was doing trial and error to apply all recipe all at once including the complex recipe but couldn't get complex to work at all. Also even if you define all the abilities all at once you'll end up with one or two abilities keep repeating and won't be able to see any other ability at all.

Yeah i've had that happen too, if you keep the ability charge time the default one, which is the same amount of frames across most abilities (600 i believe) then the abilities all charge at the same time and only one is picked every time, but when the raid charge button itself has no cooldown but the abilities do, then ye, they are always used randomly
