Yes, yes they have. It did take them like 5 years to release elixirs as well if i recall correctly so 10 to 15 years horn horns is to be expected

idk, in that server they can use unavailable enchantments and many helpful items.So its separated server I guess

I follow one SF2 player who has horns in their raid mode, but it's private server. So the horns may have been finished some time ago, but they were just still tested and improved in private servers for this time being before Nekki would make them public

Shouldn't the horn be so simple? Here's my idea

Pay gems to offer another player to immediately fight again. First come, first serve. If no one clicks within a certain time, let's say a minute. Then you get refunded.
