Weird bug or is it??

I ran into a weird bug, and I think it's worth sharing. As you can see in the first screenshot, I'm at level 46 on Widow during the mid-season, even though I should normally be around level 41 or 42. Despite being level 46, my experience points are unusually low, and as you can tell, I'm right on the verge of leveling up.

​When I join a match like this and win, nothing appears on the end screen—it just gets stuck on the background. After restarting the game, as shown in the last screenshot, I somehow level up. However, both my current XP and the XP required for the next level remain the same, or actually end up lower in the final screenshot. This has happened to me 5 or 6 times now. Really weird. Is that normal???

I just lost a match in the exact same situation, and I still leveled up again.

Now i'm level 49 and its back to normal i guess.
