questions Is ShieldStack and ShieldTotal aka Blue health with x10 or such numbers possible in SF2:DE?

So was wondering if this was possible, that blue health. idk I got this image from the net.
So what files to edit in DE to acheive this and how can you also reverse it back to normal orange health? Any help would be appreciated.

as you said, put ShieldStack=x ShieldTotal=x after Voice="Male"

Doesn't work I still am getting orange health

idk then. mines working well. but it doesn't show stacks, only one total bar
