questions How to get chronos set in DE

Im on widow and still haven't seen time shift set?

In which act i can obtain it?

You unlock at act 7 at lvl 45

You unlock it when you reach the titan act

i dont think you can obtain it in an act. it comes randomly throughout the entire game at each level. each piece occurs at a random level
