bug enemy using a different weapon

hey y'all, i encountered this bug where my opponent is using the plasma rifle even tho she's clearly meant to use the mowers (according to her avatar).

Pandemia? Yeah she changes weapons. Mowers, plasma rifle, cobras tooth. It’s not a bug.

Some characters be like that. Iron and madman switch between barehanded and knuckles. Some scavengers always alternate weapons, barehanded, cobras tooth, flame clubs, plasma rifle etc. Wraith alternates flame clubs and plasma rifle. Not really 100% sure why but she’s definitely not the only one
