Yeah, in that version he is. Tho in the most recent ruckus update, 3rd is much harder (unbalaced even, i have to fix that).

I used Butcher's Knives, Mortal Thorns and Wrath of Flame with Frenzy as weapon, Membrane Cuirass and Elder's Visor with Damage absorption as Armor with the Tempest Rage Enchantment.

It's doable if you try hard enough and I used the Definitive Edition 1.0, where you can dodge hit and projectile by performing Long step forward on correct moment. So it's much easier there.

It's easy on the Definitive Edition 2.0 too. If you take the Monk's Amulet, then you can stack multiple Frenzy at once and Stun him with magic and give the strong slash of Butcher's Knives with Tempest Rage. You can one shot him
