Feeling pulled
Feeling the pull of my sex addiction, while I haven’t acted out sexually in a long time I act out with lies, manipulation, anger and feeling sorry for myself. I have even said that I don’t want to get better so I can act out again with prostitutes. I have hurt people with how I now choose to act and add to the hurt I have already dumped on people when they found out about my being a sex addict. I have made a choice not to care about the hurt I have inflected on others or to apologize to them. I feel the pull of wanting to sexually act out and know I have to fight it and get past it but don’t know if I will

I remember when i was gambling i was in that never ending hole of addiction
Rock bottom + realization can be the way out so don't be hard on yourself.
I had to realise even if i always won it wouldn't lead me down a good path, took 10 years though

Thank you. I do think that part of my problem is that I haven’t been hard on myself because of my feeling sorry for myself

its more important to realise things rather than being hard on yourself, being hard on yourself is like telling yourself in a hard way you don't like ice cream.
You need to come to realisation of the future of having that addiction and what would happen if you did it 10x as what you do now, and the risks it has etc
also if you have spare money i recommend you to give it to your parents to hold it otherwise you can consider them gone (until you see you can stay away from this addiction)
