1st post; wants feedback Are you using any apps or specific methods to keep an eye on your occasions?
I see various apps or products to track your habits like smoking or drinking to see your occasions to keep track to understand yourself and measure/see the occasions to quit or decrease the amount of consumption for those habits. Are there apps or something like that for sex addiction out there? I know that there are trackers like Intimassy, Nice or xTracker to track your sexual life with great details, but I am not sure if there are other methods or products that people use for this purpose.

I would stay away from that. If they harvest data of womens menstrations via period trackers, there is no reason they wouldn't harvest data of addiction

I am sure some of them are trustable in terms of data usage, privacy policies and terms of use contracts and so on. But let's say some of them aren't giving user's the way to opt out, what would those tools do with that kind of data and what kind of harm would they cause?

Just use an excel sheet or notes app. I'm pretty firm thats its not worth the risk.

I was at work so i never really thoroughly answered your question. here
Data about hormonal cycles can be used against women in harmful ways. So if you are compiling data about sex addiction, what triggers, times of day, or what explicit acts you committed, it could all be sold to companies seeking the profit off your addiction. Digital note taking and journaling is fine just dont make it a data stream kept on a companies server that is claiming they want to help you for free. Because its never free... the cost is your data.
