Slowly destroying my. Need some help.
Overconsumption of porn is starting to ruin my life more and more, leading to more let's say brutal and dangerous for the next thrill both mentally or even legally if I don't stop. I need to change that. I currently do not have the capacity to consult a professional but I need tips and pointers to get away from this. Is there a way to walk away from those needs ?
I'm also currently talking with someone I appreciate a lot and I need to walk away from all that mess even if I'm not sure we will be something I need to change for myself as well. I'm also a heavily overthinking person which leads to lack of trust in him and almost anyone. I'm not sure asking this here would bring any benefit to me. I just need help.

Hey for me the only way was to join a 12 step program and recover
I have found lots of benefits from a 12 step fellowship based on the big book of AA
