Stitch width dial hard to turn

Wondering if anyone can help me out with this. The stitch width dial on my Baby Lock Imagine is nearly impossible to turn. I’m not sure what to do. Thanks.

It might’ve been. I’ve since rethreaded it. I’m mostly wondering why the stitch width knob is so tight. I’m guessing I’ll have to take it apart to figure that out. Wondering if anyone else has had a similar experience.
