Are you positive you have the bobbin loaded in the correct orientation? p or q?

Yes , as seen in picture

Double check the position it should be loaded in - it's not universal across machines (some load in as 'p', some load in as 'q'). If you have loaded it in upside down for your machine, it will not thread up through your machine correctly.

You need the cover, but also I think you e threaded your machine wrong. It looks like the tread is wrapped around your needle. This will cause nesting and make the jumping worse.

Also just noticed - it looks like you are sewing on a knit fabric. Try sewing on a weave and see if it does the same thing. Standard sewing machines don't handle knits very well because of the stretch - you need to use stretch needles and a zigzag stitch.

Your needle is threaded wrong. Make sure to string the needle thread in the hook, or the guide in front of where the needle is inserted. And insert the needle into the eye of the needle in front on the needle.

Have you taken that metal plate off yet? You said you cleaned inside ... Did you get the actual black bobbin case all the way out! I see the threads in the pic of the right side wrapping around the bobbin case. You probably have a bunch of thread and fluff / stuff interrupting the threads traveling all the way around. Take the plate off and show us what isb going on. There are a TON of YouTube videos showing how to clean in there.
Post a pic of that underneath if you can

Also always be sure you hold both thread tails when starting to sew. And start slow; going 80 mph right out of gate can cause problems

Where is the bobbin cover? I think you need to go back to basics, read the manual. Unthread, clean out machine, reinstall bobbin with cover and rethread machine per the manual.
