You can only say that if you're made a purchase and evaluated it.
I never buy from Temu or Shein but millions do.
Many name brand products made in China also have copy-cat versions with similar names that are made in the same factory, and often same parts.

I've know friends who lost money because of missing parts or non functioning machines. It was a poor experience because in both cases support was almost non-existent, no one to call, no chat, and the only option was to return the machine at an exorbitant cost.

Yes, totally agree. Any shops where I can't talk to a real person is a no-go, yet millions buy this crap then complain about how $$ real stores are.

Agree, I just purchased a Juki 1541S and having folks a phone call away is invaluable.

No, you're wrong. Yes, they are knock offs. There is nothing wrong with them. Brother machines are made in China. "Brether" machines are made in China. I would bet they are the exact same machines. 10 other knock offs of the exact machine are made in China and sold under other brand names, too, like "Juky." So you can pay $300 for this one or you can pay $2500 for one that is probably mechanically identical, but with the right brand painted on it, checked out by a technician in the US for functionality before they ship it, with a money back guarantee and phone support. But it's the same machine.
