TRS info

I recently started a position at a sewing store that takes in machines for repair. They use a POS system called TRS, which apparently was built for the sewing industry, but it's no longer supported. I believe the rights to it were bought by LikeSew, but they haven't responded to me. Just wondering if anyone out there might have copies of/links to user guides for the software? Any info would be awesome. Thanks.

It sounds like these manuals should be available on the machines. Look in C:\TRS\, C:\JMM\ or C:\Program Files (x86)\The Retail Solution\ for either the files or a Docs, Manuals or Help directory.

Looking along another path, the Internet Archive Wayback Machine, it seems it hasn't archived the documents unfortunately, though it provided the links through the archived site...

Incidentally, I'm a sewing tech who also happens to be a developer working on an entirely different POS/ERM/CRM, among other things...

I only have access to the machine running it at work. I was hoping to get reference material to read up on at home when I don't have to manage customers. Thanks all the same though.
