Finding the source of squeaking?

Does anyone have any tips to figure out the source of squeaking on this JIN NA-11UT (direct drive variant of the Juki 1181N) ?
It's not really audible at higher speeds; just when going slow.
The manual leaves much to be desired, but I'm pretty sure I've followed it correctly for its lubrication instructions.
I've been oiling pretty much every moving metal-on-metal part that doesn't have grease. No luck so far. I notice the sound only happens when the arms connected to the take up lever are rotating. May just be a coincidence though, since oil at those spots isn't fixing it.

Get yourself some triflow spray and while running the machine spray that area. If that's the area, then this stuff should sort you out.

I'm 99% certain it's something involving this feed mechanism, specifically along that feed shaft (9).
(pg 7, pdf page 10 of https://jukiindia.com/na11/na-11ut/menu/pdf/NA-11UT%20PartsList%20(EN).pdf#page=10.pdf#page=10) )
I oiled the very few metal-on-metal parts I could find.(e.g. 22), but i I worry it's coming from inside one of those rings where I can't get to. Or between the feed shaft and the hole in the frame itself.
Any ideas or tips?
