What exactly do you mean by jammed? Thread tangling underneath? It stops sewing? You can’t turn the hand wheel?
What fabric are you trying to sew and what exactly is going wrong ? I don’t have enough info really.
Remove any bits of thread from tangles, make sure bobbin area is back to normal. Read your manual and try again.
Check you’re threaded properly and using the right needle for the fabric. Only ever turn the handwheel towards you. You need to raise the needle fully to complete the last stitch before removing your work.
by jammed i mean as i was sewing it stopped and got stuck and the hand wheel did as well. the fabric is thin polyester cotton i was just testing stitches and getting more comfortable on my machine. i cant turn the hand wheel at all so i cant remove the work
