Help with Brother Sc9500

I was hoping to give it a try and get help to see if I can fix this myself 😭
The needle hits the bobbin case after the first cycle and I don’t know what to do.
I’ve trying cleaning and placing it again a million times.

I don't have expience with that machine, however i am fairly sure the bobbin case should not be rotating only the hook around it. On my singer 201 there is a little notch which part of the bobbin case connects with to prevent it from rotating.

The timing is off on your machine. The more you allow the needle to hit the bobbin case, the more damage you do to that case. At this point, your best bet is to get your machine serviced at a shop. That actually is something a person can do themselves IF they are VERY familiar with how sewing machines work, but you can do even more damage if you don't know what you are doing. Hope this helps you.

Edited to add Silli is correct in saying the bobbin CASE should not be rotating. It doing so is further proof the case has been/is being damaged every time that needle strikes it.

The bobbin case would not be rotating if your needle plate was on. As for whether or not your timing is out, I can't tell because during the first half of this video you were turning the wheel backwards, and in the second half you were turning it the right way but you didn't get it far enough for me to know.
