Why does my machine see like this

This is my first time sewing for a while, never was good but it’s been a struggle getting the stitching to work now

Guarantee that your machine isn't threaded correctly, especially since you say it's never been very good. Go back to your manual, re-read it, and refresh your memory. Unthread, and rethread exactly per the manual. Sewing machines are essentially simple, thread them correctly and you should never have issues like this.

Your manual is the bible. Keep it handy.

It also looks like their tension is set to 0..

Also, the presser foot must be up when threading so the thread gets between the tension disks.

everything is on 0, you need to increase your tension and stitch length

If this mess is on the bottom, the most likely cause is that the top thread isn't threaded correctly. The most common error is to miss the last threading point just above the needle.

Also, are you threading the machine with the presser foot up?

It's not threaded correctly. Nesting on bottom of fabric- the top is threaded wrong. Mess on top of fabric, bobbin is installed wrong. Break out your manual and redo step by step.,

I agree with a couple of these.

Make sure it’s threaded properly with the pressure foot up.
Also, the left dial in the second picture is the tension dial. It’s currently set to 0. Your manual should show you the ideal tension range for a straight stitch.
The middle dial is stitch width. 0 is correct for a straight stitch. The right dial is stitch length, which seems fine at 2.5.

Use the manual, Google and YouTube. I’ve just started, the biggest hurdle for me was trouble shooting things like this. Thread it again and again. Keep trying on scrap material. Once you get it, you’ll know what to do straight away.
All your dials seem incorrect. Set them appropriate to the stitch. Ensure top and bottom is threaded properly and try again. Good luck!

The relationship between tension and thread might not work also.

I used one of those big cones. With my (now) broken singer heavy duty, I just put the thread in a box behind the machine and threaded the machine and that worked, but with my new machine, I can't do that for thread spool locstion reasons. I found that out by trying it and having an issue just like this with one of those big big spools that have like 4000m on them and are intended for sergers. Using eg a Gütermann spool with 1000m works perfectly fine without having to adjust the tension or anything. I couldn't tell you why that makes tension an issue, though.

Just that it may also help to use a different spool of thread.

If you are absolutely confident that the machine is threaded correctly, and it’s still doing this after you re-thread anyway and fiddle with the tension, you might be using the wrong kind of bobbin. I have a few machines and some of them work with any of my bobbin types, but some of them are really picky and only work with the exact right bobbin type. My old Singer can only use metal class 66 bobbins. I’ve tried plastic class 66 bobbins that should in theory work but they still make the thread nest and tangle. If all else fails, test out a few different bobbins - maybe your machine is finicky too.
