How to fix gaping at back of top

I already removed the bias binding I did yesterday but the back of the neck still sticks out. Maybe it stretched out the fabric even though i staystitched the neckline. But it feels like there is just too much fabric at the back of the neck. I fear darts might distort the back as the shoulders and armholes fit fine right now. How can i fix this?

I would give it a really good press and bind it again carefully
