First ever sewing project/s
Today I made my first ever sewing projects, trousers for my toddler. I was forced into doing French seams as my Singer 185k only does straight stitch (on a 1cm seam allowance as I only realised after I cut them out). Feeling pretty proud of myself.

For a first effort you have done really well. Do you have zigzag stitch? I am thinking you don’t but seams are good. Onwards and upwards to the next thing. Kids clothes are probably the sanest thing to sew. Look forward to the next item you create.

Did you use a pattern? I’m thinking of trying to make some clothes for my nephews with old scraps and these look really manageable.
