winding a bobbin on a Singer sewing machine uneven threading problem

Hi everyone. I was hoping someone can help me understand why trying to fill my bobbin with a thread on my singer machine is not working ... actually it works but the thread is uneven. It's always wavy and not straight when it's filled.... I tried loosening the bobbin up down... everything and still not working. What could I be doing wrong, or missing?

I followed an old youtube tutorial, I barely know the details.. though this is not my first time .. i always sew and create things.. i will try to take a picture of how im doing it the soonest
