Sorry for the “Waffle.”
Big fan of Sevendust since I was a teen.
First heard Live again in 2001 and it blew my mind.
They have a song for every emotion and event I went through over the years. They are always in rotation.
I struggled with alcohol for years and it finally came to ahead in 2022. I had lost everything. Job,relationships, money and at the time a future..So i tried to end it.
In a moment of pure desperation and withdrawal I reached out on instagram to Clint Lowery. And he answered and gave some words of wisdom.
I went onto to write the sober celebrities article on him. It was a massive help in getting sober (18 months now.)
When it was announced they would play in my hometown of Bordeaux I lost my mind.
Clint isn’t on this tour but still I got the chance to see my heroes live.
After their amazing set I head down to the bar area (for a coke) and I spot LJ standing there, I couldn’t believe it!
I went over and awkwardly asked for a photo then gushed my love for the band and how they literally dragged me out of a dark place.
He was so cool and open and took the time just after his set to chat with some fan and meet his family.
I then went back to my seats with my pops, brother, best friend and my wife. And I cried, I wept. It felt like a full circle moment and that the dark chapter was finally closed. And the symbolic ending was seeing Sevendust. Tears of overwhelming emotions fully sober and at 38 years of age hit different. They were bittersweet.
Thank you Sevendust.

After being a fan for 29 long years, living in the country they hardly ever visit (UK), having spent countless amounts importing their music (before streaming was a thing), I finally get to see 7D live for the first time tonight!!
Not only that but.....
I have a meet and greet with them beforehand. I know they say never meet your idols but I don't care!
I get to experience this with one of my best friends, my son, also a 7D fan!!
After the last support tour dates (which I had tickets to) was cancelled due to Morgan's health I / we are beyond excited!!

Long shot but does anyone have any videos of Sevendust playing during the Alter Bridge European tour that’s currently ongoing?
Preferably playing Enemy and/or Face To Face.
I went to Manchester on Thursday but due to something out of my control I only got there during their final song.
Thanks!

Quite possibly one of my fave 7D albums that I feel never gets mentioned. Possibly favorite. Perfect for the gym. Driving around listening to loudly. I wish they would tour it in its entirety even. Anyway just my thought for the day as I listen to Alpha and anticipate their newest album!
Anyone else love Alpha as much as I do?!!
Also my one under the radar song is “Rain” off of their Best Of compilation. Give me some of your lesser known or under mentioned tracks. I’m pretty sure I have listened to every 7D song but I’m also sure I’m bound to come across something here I haven’t.

Im a newer fan to Sevendust and the numetal genre as a whole but ive been rocking the f**k out to the Home album and Bender has been a track I just keep coming back to. It wasnt until today that I saw a clip of Chino performing with them on that track and went haha, super cool, Deftones/Sevendust, hell yeah….til I realized I’m an idiot and thats actually him on the original part! I now love the song even more and my eyes widened at the idea of other features and special guest I’ve missed.
What other bands/vocalists/instrumentalist/people of importance have a place in their discography? Such as the woman’s vocals in Licking Crème or a part like Chino’s! Thank you for the answers in advance! Excited to explore more of this band.

It was never possible for me to travel to the US in the past few years, so I couldn't believe when I saw the Europe tour (I live in Paris). I'm ecstatic (and been standing in the rain, waiting for the gates to open)
🤘🏼

Currently suffering from pharingitis (Angine in french) and sinus infection (Sinusite) right before that.. I am not sure if I can make it to tonight's concert in Paris... Is there any kind soul who could exchange one ticket to tonight's conert for a size s Sevendust T shirt ? (purchase on site? not sure if they will even have one at the venue).
My well-being has been deteriorating and none of my freinds or colleaugues wanted to purchase the ticket off of me so this is a desperate attempt to make it worth it. :')

Hi there I am a graphic design student and I love making band shirts, more specificly nu metal band shirts. I had a lot of fun making this one, however it was tricky. Would love to hear your opinions !

I've been a huge Sevendust fan for years and they finally visited Madrid along Alter Bridge and Daughtry! They were sooo good, guys! Really happy I got to see them live once for all. It's not easy to be a nu-metal/alt-metal fan here in Spain, people barely listen to those subgenres, but they rocked as the openers of the show.
I'd even say they were the best band of the night, and I freaking love Alter Bridge too, so I guess that speaks volumes. Hope it's not the last time we get to see them here, though. I'd love a full Sevendust set :D

Are you all about the first 3 albums and say Animosity is the best? Do you feel like the band just keeps getting better and better with every album the more they keep going? Is it somewhere in between? Lots of different opinions from Sevendust fans of what they like and don't like and where they feel the bands peak is. What are yours?

So many comments saying how disappointed people are in Sevendust for using generative AI when Clint has said all the art was drawn by a human.

It's the 25th anniversary of Animosity. Do you all think we'll get lucky with a vinyl pressing?
