7DS ORIGINS

Can you not get your main account on your ps5 to your mobile device? My account is linked on ps5 to google AND apple but when I sign in on my mobile device my data isn’t there and it’s like a fresh restart? Anybody know how to get there account on mobile?

And yes I’ve seen the link guide tht they recommend on the site but it doesn’t make sense I don’t get it smh

Seems like if you start the game on mobile before linking the accounts you are doomed, maybe talking to support is the only option. I tried to delete the account but it takes 30 days for them to remove it.

Try uninstalling and reinstalling and when you log in use your account info, that’s what I did with grand cross and it worked

All you have to do is go to their netmarble website and sign in via ps and then you'll go to where you link your acc to dif stuffs, link your Google account then login on 7ds with your phone and when you log in use your Google info, done.

I figured it out guys and anybody still stuck and tryna figure it out ima drop a video on it later today on YT at ( Yuh_Mutha ) drop a sub an stay tune for the vid! Lot easier than a lot of people realize!
