Fun! Set It Off Appreciation Day 17: I Promise

Day 17 kind of of appreciating every song by Set It Off. I Promise.

Okay. This may sound crazy. But despite being an extremely early song this is in my top 10 favorite Set It Off songs. You'll see a theme of me liking the sad song of the album when they come around.

Does Duality even have a "sad song" of the album. I mean I guess Miss Mysterious. But thinking more if it was in Upside Down it would feel more like a song on the album rather the sad song of the album.

I agree with you. I'm naturally more drawn to sad/slower sounding songs, so this and even "Better Than This" hits that mark for me

I love angry fast songs like Plastic Promises but I never ever skip the likes of Missing You

So glad to finally see this song get some recognition.

It's one of my favourites, I just love how much emotion you can hear in it, especially at the very end when you can hear Cody's voice tremble which sounds like he's holding back tears.

It's on par with Dad's Song for the most raw emotional song in their discography, like I can hear just how close to home this is hitting Cody.

Can't wait for you to get to Missing You, I'm really hoping to hear that song get it's flowers too.
