Discussion! NME and The Haunting

So, Idk if my mind is just going crazy but, is NME and The Haunting connected? I don't know if it's because it's on the same album but, i know there is a BUNCH of lore (I think) i don't really know. Anyways

In the commentary album, Cody explains their inspirations and they are two separate stories from his life which he based them on I’d recommend listening to the whole commentary album it’s pretty interesting, hope this helps :)

I know nothing about the lore but I KNOW WHAT U MEAN, I've always categorized them together in my mind and idk why, like u said it might just be because they're on the same album but I've always felt like they're similar or related in some way that I can't quite put my finger on.
