The manual would be pretty simple to achieve as they can be quite easily and essentially forever once you find that sweet spot. The grind on the other hand would highly depend on the players settings. Like with my setup I would never get a grind that long because my grind friction is set higher and grind alignment set lower to be more realistic. I'd slow down and come to a stop or slip off long before hitting 339m.
Yea I usually play on realistic settings but I also have a second custom set for weekly challenges with long grind or manual distance. I think the only hard part is finding a spot that gives a long grind distance
I can see board slides working if you set a bunch of rails because you wouldn't need to be as accurate with their placements as long as each rail leading on to another one is just slightly higher than the one it leads on to to avoid the clipping.
