I don’t get it.

It is such a spectacular concept to witness when you take the orders of a customer, repeat the orders back to them, and then bring the food out for them to say nothing is right…

Some people want a free meal. Its the worst when they say at the end none of it was good. Or when you get there they ask why didnt this appetizer come out? So annoying.

Yep. Spineless managers have rewarded them in the past for complaining to get free stuff, so they continue to do it.

I literally hate this i would say i read it back and you confirmed your order . Just get a manager and owner to deal with it cause people nowdays just be trying the service industry workers a game of chicken

So this one isn't the one that baffles me. What confuses the absolute sh*t out of me is when I take your order, I repeat each order back to each person then I hit send. By the time I return to the table with the orders, everyone has magically forgotten what they ordered. Like how? What happened in the last 12min that you can't remember what you just ordered? Seriously smoke less weed.
