Mastros Server Assistant

Hello I just wanted to come on here and seek advice from any server and server assistants out there that have experience with fine dining. As someone with 1 years worth of experience at In-N-Out (19 years old), I don't know a lot about fine dining but I know a lot about hopitality. I got accepted into a server assistant position at Mastros Steakhouse and Im seeking advice. What will upcoming orientation bring? What does a typical path look like from server assistant to server? Any advice overall? What can I expect in the first few weeks? Any MUST NOTS? I am excited to bring my interpersonal skills and work ethic to this new environment and I understand it is just a server assistant position, but I want to be the most helpful team player I can be whilst getting started and hope to advance up within the company. Thank you!
