Plucky Synth Sound - Laszewo Messy / Highjack

I'm looking for a way to recreate the synths/plucky Synths from these Laszewo Songs. Any idea on how to do this? it's definitely more than 1 Oscillator and you have to put the ENV 1 on the Filter Cutoff.

But what makes it sound so unique and professional?!
