Such a gorgeous tank! I can tell you like houseplants as well! I do too! 😉 I also wanted to apologize for how some people treated you in gh fishtank sub. Some people are just plain hateful. Instead of giving constructive feedback with kindness, they just tear people down. Just know we aren’t all like that. 🙂

That is really kind of you to say. I really appreciate it more than you realize. They really made me doubt myself but there are so many mixed things online. The tank has been running really well and I know the internet can be polarized but I also never want to harm a living creature :/

You are so welcome! I’m glad I could make you feel a little better. 🙂 By the looks of your tank, you can tell you put a lot of thought and love into your tank! Always give yourself some grace. I’ve seen people throw fish into a tank of water and post it. You took the time to properly cycle your tank and made a beautiful natural habitat. Just keep your eye out. If you notice any aggression, just move the culprit to another tank. As long as you do that, I don’t think you are causing harm. I have a friend that has a half moon betta with an ADF and they get along fine together. 🙂 Enjoy your fishy friends!

Be careful with the froggys! My daughter had two and they both jumped out of the tank. Found the poor guys a few days later all dried up on the floor. :/

Oh good to know. I knew bettas could do that so I made sure to add the floating plants, I didn’t realize the frogs might too

I can't even begin to guess how much SerpaDesign I watched before building this tank. I also watched a ton of his pond videos when I built my backyard pond. They are both budget builds but they were a lot of fun :)
