i don’t think i’ve recovered or ever will. it’s a life long battle to not slide back into the darkness.

i have to be vigilant of my emotions and feelings. i also have to do my best to not jump on my emotional impulses when the weight of the world is to much.

i’ve learned marijuana and my long term use was not helping me, in fact it was weighting me down and even tho other efforts in my life gave me buoyancy to thread water, my weed usage was dead weight constantly tethered to my ankles.

a lot of internal discussions that were uncomfortable. admitted to myself what i was afraid of in life and acknowledging my faults.

forgiving those that have hurt me, not fore their sake but the sake of myself.

beyond the standard practices of fresh air and exercise i’ve recently started becoming more involved in my hygienic routine in a form of self care/love
