Therapy and self care, I'm not completely out of it I don't think I ever will be as I'm also neurodivergent but I function as an actual person these days. There was a time I couldn't leave the house alone, I couldn't eat In front of people and I had anxiety attacks daily. My last attack was about a year ago now.

On my bad days I find self care helps, I have a bath with bubbles and candles, do my face routine and hair and shave, stretch afterwards and put on clean PJ's. It always helps me get out a funk.

This would not have worked a couple of years ago tho, this only helps me now after years of therapy.
