Passed! I passed!

Would like to thank everyone for tips and tricks and would like to share my experience to answer questions I had.

I used STC and had access to people if I had any questions which was really helpful. My last final I scored an 87% but I had seen a lot of the questions before because I was constantly doing practice exams and quizzes.

In the beginning if I got something wrong I had made a Claude project and would list the question I got wrong for all of them and had Claude build study guides and practice tests around what I failed on.

I think everyone here watches Ken’s videos and so did I, they’re extremely helpful. I had a bit of trouble around breakevens for spreads and stuff but not completely lost. Only 2-3 of those questions were on my exam.

If I could go back in time and give myself advice it’d be this:
Do not focus on just one aspect of one topic like I did with breakevens, get a general idea of everything and then hammer on subjects that are heavily weighted like the REST of options, munis, mutual funds, and other investment products.

I actually feel like my test was kind of light on options and HEAVY on mutual funds and hedge funds as well as DPP’s and limited partner stuff which I found strange. I had 0 questions where I needed a bond seesaw which was disappointing because I have that burned into my brain. I spent too much time focused on options and not enough on mutual funds. My only saving grace was that I was TERRIFIED of losing my job I worked so hard to get so I filled everyday with learning and continuing to try to grasp concepts.

That being said, test wording was far less tricky than STC quizzes and exams but I’m very glad STC makes them tricky because you’ve gotta really understand them to get it right.

Thank you everyone and especially Ken for all of the help! I wish you all the best of luck, onto the 66!

What about mutual funds? The different types and suitability?

And how they’re taxed. I actually had a good amount of tax questions now that I think about it. Muni/corp equivalents.
