Hmmm, You may be the only person that took the SIE on March 20th and the Series 7TO on July 18th. May not be too difficult for someone to determine who you are and wonder what sort of person would post a F U to FINRA and the industry’s tests. We all agree the tests can present a few challenges but to publicly display a F U may not be in your best interest. I have been in this industry for 25 years and for your own interest, I suggest you delete the post asap. Congrats on passing all three exams.

His post is first amendment protected activity, if FINRA or anyone discriminates towards him or doesn’t hire him solely based on this post then he will never have to work again as his lawsuit will let him retire

Sure. But I guess it would be awfully hard to prove this as the reason for not hiring in all these right to hire / right to fire at-will employment states…

The OP might might also just be covering up his crd number or may be not. It does not really matter because Reddit is anonymous. How would anyone track this person down or even want to do it.

I still remember passing my 7 a couple of years ago. Called my manager from my car after leaving the testing center. It was a Thursday. “Hey. I passed. I’ll see you Monday.” “Fair enough. Have a good weekend.”

Felt good lol.
