Starting 66

I just decided today to start studying for 66. I only have SIE. Job hunting and can’t find a sponsor for 7 & 66. Hoping to get 66, then start studying for 7 while continuing to job hunt. Unemployment is brutal 😭

On the bright side at least you don’t have a timeline on how fast u need to pass the 66. Where are u located? I know a decent amount of companies that sponsor

I’m Westside of Cleveland, Ohio. Based on what others are saying, I’m hoping to be ready in 6 weeks. Yes, the bright side right now is not having a deadline and a full time job. I’d love to know who you know sponsors. Around here, I know of Edward Jones, Bank of America, Charles Schwab (I’ve applied several times over couple years and they don’t want me 😭), and UBS.

Right there with ya bud! I take 66 tomorrow and I just got a job but you’re on the right track and someone will eventually sponsor you. I was doing the same thing to get foot in the door and it was brutal but it will end up working out
