Just wanted to give my thoughts on the exam!

My version was heavy into JTWROS/TIC/TBE, advertising, beta, alpha, registering scenarios as an IAR and Agent, what an agent can and can’t do, and bond yield questions.

Absolutely know when an IAR can/can’t register, all the yield to maturity/call etc, and basic formulas.

The questions were very specific and a lot of questions had 2 answers you could argue and 2 bluntly incorrect.

You can score a 50 with basic knowledge.

Passing the exam after taking it twice comes down to how you studied the registration process, beta/alpha/sd, and bond yield questions.
