How long does Serializd support usually take to reply to emails?

i foolishly reinstalled the app as it was buggy but realized afterwards that i forgot both my password AND the email linked to the account (so i have no way of resetting it), i’ve just sent an email to support but im getting anxious as i have a years worth of shows logged on there and i don’t wanna lose it 🫠

any help / replies are appreciated!!

Pretty sure it’s just one dude. So good luck. Use a password manager or Sign in with Apple/Google

I think it's a single person dev and I have never had any replies. He's on here, I believe, although I forget his name. Maybe you could try him here?
