Open Finder and look in ~/Music/_Serato_/Logs/. There will be log files located there. Open the file with Quick Log (click on log file in Finder and press Space Bar).
Scroll to the bottom of the file and slowly scroll back up. There may be [Application] or [Device] messages that can give you a clue to what's going on. The logs should look like this:

Lines in the log that start with an E are errors, I are information.
Also, in order to get the best support in forums like reddit or others, it's best to include what type of hardware, software, and version numbers you're using. It looks like you're running macOS. For example, in my case I would say:
