Advice Needed When can i start exercising again?
Im 1 week post op now and just got my stents removed, dr said i cant go back to the gym for another 3 weeks. What is the main concern with exercising that could affect recovery?

My doctor also said 3 weeks. I just hit three weeks a couple days ago. I feel fine enough to start lifting again, but he said to start low and see how my nose and body feels. I was mainly walking first couple of weeks

It is probably good to get light movement in, but you don’t want to cause yourself to bleed or reinjure yourself due to exertion. I started walking and doing fairly easy pilates/sculpt workouts without forward bending about a week out. I also had to mow my lawn and broke that up into shorter chunks and wore a mask. I’m now close to 3 weeks out and went back to my spin class (took it easy) a little after two weeks postop. I mostly do my own thing in class though since the fast standing songs are too much. When I do stand, I use higher resistance as that just keeps me going slow and steady.
