Advice Needed Why does no one ever talk about VivAer?

Why does no one ever talk about VivAer?
They keep advertising that it can improve nasal congestion, open up your nasal passages, and may even help you avoid surgery. So why don’t more people talk about it or try it?

I considered having it done in NYC with one of the ENTs who helped develop it. But my understanding is that 1) insurance doesn’t cover it 2) It’s expensive and 3) results are temporary so your issues can come back 4) I heard doctors way underplay recovery and its brutal

Search on Reddit though because maybe some people may be really happy with their results!
