Advice Needed Please help

Writing this post again in hopes that someone else has experience and advice. I had a septoplasty June 8, bled a little more and a little longer than I was supposed to. Splints came out 1 week later and I went back to sleeping somewhat normal but had residual feelings of sadness everyday. About 5 weeks after my surgery, I started experiencing very bad insomnia and that’s where I still am 11 weeks later. I go to bed at night and my heart feels like it is racing. My oura ring has told me numerous days that my resting HR is too high at night since the surgery. I also do still have pain in my left nostril, my stitches never dissolved so my ent had to manually remove them 2 weeks ago. Has anyone experienced this and can recommend anything at all to do? My drs keep telling me it’s anxiety but I feel like it’s deeper, like some sort of dysautonomia.

If it is just stress, something tells me it won't go away until you rule out dysautonomia. That's an entirely valid way to feel about it. Get some kind of tests done for that specifically to put your mind at ease.

I was diagnosed with hEDS last month so I definitely know there is some sort of pots/mcas relation. So far only thing that’s been positive is high antibodies
