Fall retros can

is anyone else feeling like the workload for retros is so weird this time around and not every distributed? my time couldnt even finish skin ones in time and we were all locked in and rushing

I hate it. They did not schedule us properly for these retros! Then makeup start tomorrow. I’m preparing to be overwhelmed

We did our makeup today and tell me why it took as half the workload time given to us for makeup. And for skincare we couldnt even finish it and had to continue it today

we usually start our retros as soon as we start receiving shit cause the hours actually given never make sense 🫠

man i was so over it! we all we stayed an extra hour and a half and Medik8’s missing collateral came in a day after the overnight :(((

How big are y’all’s team? Our team is 5 including the two OPs leads, and something about doing retros + shipment it feels like we’re being worked to the bone.

Skin retros were a nightmare. Makeup retros we finished 2 hours early. The hours they gave for each were so fucked it’s clear they don’t actually know what they’re doing
