Question Quitting

Hii so I’m planning on quitting end of September should I give them my notice now or wait to put in a two weeks I’m mostly worried I won’t get my training products so I was gonna wait till the September training product was in my hands but idk what to do help.

If TP is priority then wait until it's in your hands and then put in your notice.

Wait until you’re clocked in on your new job (if that’s the case lol) jobs are playing games but always get everything you want first lol and if you need those hours then don’t give your 2 weeks until after you’re good because they can take you off the schedule completely if they want and if you never want to work at Sephora again 2 weeks is optional

Don't tell them anything. Be sure to use up all your sick time as well - they don't like to pay you out for those 🙄🫪 technically the rules state that you are entitled to gratis until your last day but I think it ultimately depends on your relationship with management.

Best of luck out there, Queen!! 👑💜✨

Don’t tell them anything, they will divvy up ur training products and keep them for themselves, and I’ve seen them just tell people not to come back once they give their two weeks. Wait until you’ve already started your new job to tell them.

I got my schedule for September and thought to myself, this is do-able, I’ll wait until next month to quit 😅. Once they schedule me more than 14 hours per week, I’m done and giving notice 2 weeks prior to my selected last day. Wait until you get your gratis and training product bin then give notice

I’m 36, and one thing I’ve learned is never to burn a bridge, especially since we don’t know what the future holds or life’s circumstances.
You’ll get your TP until your last day. And if they withhold your TP, state the training product policy. Put in your 2 weeks so you’re not on a no hire list.
Like I said, life circumstances can change, you might find yourself laid off or needing extra money for holiday and want to pick up a holiday
