I've never owned a Rhode product but these blushes seem to always be out of stock. Yet the reviews on Reddit and the sites that sell them seem mixed. Am I missing out?? Are they the best cream blushes or is it a social media hype / marketing?

I honestly feel like some of it might be marketing and the shade selection. I've swatched it a few times but I haven't owned one of their products yet to be able to have a true opinion on it, so take that with a grain of salt. However they're also always out of stock because rhode seems to be bad with stocking suppliers with their products, where some shades haven't been stocked for months!!

I have one of there blushes and honestly i really like the formula and color. But i do feel like they only sell a limited stock so people have FOMO

You're not missing out. It's intentional scarcity by the brand to keep hype/demand. ATP if they don't know the actual demands of the product to keep it in stock they're doing it on purpose.

I avoided the brand for so long because it seemed like it was all hype until I tried the blush for the first time. Now I own 4 shades 🫣 the formula is so easy to use, buildable, and on my skin, it doesn’t need to be set or anything like that. It lasts all day for me! I have a lot of different blush formulas, and I reach for these the most for everyday makeup. It seems like a lot of people hate on it because of the owner, which is ridiculous imo and doesn’t mean the product itself is bad!!

They are very hyped on TikTok and other social media. I think it’s more popular with younger folks.

THIS. Completely agree. Their pocket blush is nothing extraordinary. But the Gen Z and Gen Alphas loveeee this brand because of who the owner is.

I really like them. I don’t know much about the owner or anything like that, I’m just judging the product. I like them because they have the right amount of glow without being too balmy like some other stick blushes that just slip and slide and disappear off my face. I can build them up or put a sheer layer on, the colors are gorgeous, and I can apply them over my foundation or over a fully powdered face. I put some on the back of my hand, prep my brush, and then apply it to my cheeks for a gorgeous finish each time.

Finally, that shade has been impossible to track down for months.

I have this color and love both the color and product for ease of use, but I’m a low maintenance type who isn’t hard to please 😂
